The meaning of Zahara
Zahara means to blossom.
Zahara comes from the Arabic zahra, a flower. That is what we want for every woman who walks through our door. One private room on Level 1 of UltraFit Ladies Gym, with sage walls, soft light and greenery, where every treatment is inspired by Sunnah, rooted in care and tailored to you on the day.

How do I book?
Choose your treatments, a day and a time in the booking panel and send your request, or message Zahara on WhatsApp on 07487 618548. She confirms every appointment personally.
Do you treat men?
No. Zahara Beauty & Wellbeing is strictly ladies only. We do not book appointments for men, in the room or for mobile treatments.
What is hijama?
Hijama is traditional cupping therapy. In wet cupping, cups are placed on the skin and small, shallow cuts let a little blood be drawn. Dry cupping uses the cups without any cuts. Zahara opens dedicated Sunnah days for wet cupping each month.
How should I prepare?
Let Zahara know about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy when you book, so she can tailor your treatment. She will share anything else you need to know when she confirms your appointment.

Can I book for a group or buy a gift voucher?

Often, yes. Zahara offers last-minute appointments when she can, so send a request or message her on WhatsApp.
